Exterior:
Interior: The
interior of this Japanese supercar is somewhat bare bones, but it is
still functional and comfortable. The center console is aimed directly
at the driver so that the driver can focus solely on the road. The
shifter, pedals, steering wheel and emergency brake are all positioned
perfectly as well. Both the targa and coupe models had two rear seats;
however these are rather small and are best saved for children only.
Overall the interior is perfect for a sports car; it is substantial
enough to be comfortable, but doesn’t interfere with the driving
experience.
Driving: The
Toyota Supra is one of the most loved tuner cars of all time, and there
is good reason for this. The engine is amazingly reliable and
powerful. Because it is a Toyota, it is cheap to repair and maintain,
however this is no economy car. The Supra is a serious performance
machine. Turbocharged versions featured revolutionary sequential
turbos that helped maintain turbo power without the usual turbo lag.
The engine is not the only good part of this car however. The stock
chassis has been proven in many racing environments and outperformed
all of its competitors. This a true supercar through and through, and
in fact completely stock cars with only the speed limiter removed can
go over 180 miles per hour.
If you are in the market for a
project car, or a finished tuner, the Supra is a perfect choice as
well. The car is easy to modify and there are many cheap parts
available through eBay for this car. Whether left stock, or modified,
the Toyota Supra is a world class supercar.
