Exterior:
Interior: The
interior of the NSX is surprisingly upscale and luxurious. It was
designed to be reminiscent of a fighter jet’s cockpit, and that is
exactly what it accomplishes. The low seats are comfortable, and the
sloping center console is easy to read. Because Acura is a luxury
brand, many convince options were offered such as automatic climate
control and premium sound, which make the NSX a comfortable and livable
supercar. The outlandish exterior of this car is complemented nicely
by a civilized and luxurious interior.
Driving: The
NSX was designed with high performance driving in mind, and that is
exactly what it accomplished. The suspension was designed to mimic the
layout of a Formula 1 racecar, and the Acura engineers utilized new
Nitrogen filled shock absorbers to create a precise, yet comfortable
ride. The mid engine layout of this car means that it handles like a
dream, and the rest of the car lives up to that standard. The shifter
is easy to use, yet distinctively satisfying. Perhaps the best quality
of the driving experience however is the engine. This lightweight VETC
(Variable Valve Timing And Lift Electronic Control) is exceptionally
reliable and easy to live with. Just like any Honda still on the
street, an NSX can easily run for 200,000 miles without a hiccup.
There truly is no better cheap supercar available under $30,000.
